Early Spring Menu


Come, have a taste of spring.

The early Spring on the Central Coast is a special time. It takes a bit of extra creativity to shake off the wintery elements, but with sweet and bright citruses, select edible flowers, and the very first small strawberries, our team has crafted some amazing seasonal dishes.

Here are two of them:

First, meet our Early Spring Salad (vegetarian + gluten free) with asparagus, walnut, citrus, + leek vinaigrette.

Next, you didn’t expect Chicken Liver Parfait (pictured below) to look so beautiful, did you? This new appetizer with strawberry geleé, fried sunchokes, truffle honey, and pain au lait tastes just as lovely as it looks.
